We use a combination of a database of local ACMO (Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario) verified contractors and contractors preferred by your condominium. A minimum of three quotations will be presented to the Board for all work.

We were one of the first owners to move into a brand new Apartment Condominium Building in May 2019. We were overwhelmed by this move as it was truly a chaotic construction zone!. We could not have survived if it were not for the help that Reshma Sumair from Dove Square Property Management Inc. She was always there to listen to our problems which were innumerable including no air conditioning during the heat wave!! She worked tirelessly to get the A/C up for the building. In fact that she was so concerned about us, that she persuaded the builders to provide fans for the owners, until they got the A/C working. This showed how she cared for EVERY ONE of us. She is truly amazing. She is such a pleasure to deal with, always professional, helpful, positive and cheerful even under the most trying circumstances. She made the problems disappear by that beautiful smile and and greeting whenever I spoke with her. In spite of the stress she was always pleasant. She is really invaluable to any business so we are so fortunate to have her as our Property Manager. She deserves a 10 rating!

During a few months following my move I had a lot of interractios with property management of the building, both by email and in person. All experiences were positive and very professional. A smile and courtesy was always there. Management took every effort to accommodate new tenants/future unit owners with advance notices, proper communication, timely updates, even in person visits to the units. In my opinion, the staff is going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at ease through the final construction phases while the building gets its finishing touches.
