During a few months following my move I had a lot of interractios with property management of the building, both by email and in person. All experiences were positive and very professional. A smile and courtesy was always there. Management took every effort to accommodate new tenants/future unit owners with advance notices, proper communication, timely updates, even in person visits to the units. In my opinion, the staff is going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at ease through the final construction phases while the building gets its finishing touches.

I have resided in my condo since 2005. Since this time we have had a number of condominium managers. Since 2016, Dove Square have managed our property. Many improvements to the building have resulted, enhancing the value of our homes. These have been completed in a cost-effective way. Our strata fees have increased only minimally. I have found the management staff to be very knowledgeable, professional, and receptive to feedback from home owners. Kudos to Kuna and his team.

I purchased unit in 21-Knightsbridge Rd. At the time of our stay. Property manager at building was very professional and have can do attitude. She keep her office door always open. I didn’t see her office door during her work hours ever closed. Very cooperative, great administrator. At the time of sale I ordered Status Certificate. As soon as I etransfer fee and actual application to Kuna Nagalingam -President I was very impressed to see within few hours I got status certificate in my email. I found very quick job was done. People like to talk about complaints but mostly ignore great experience to share as well. Excellent job entire team. Thanks

We have recently moved into a new condo that is managed by Dove Square. Reshma has been extremely helpful during our move-in period. She has acted courteously and professionally during this somewhat stressful time for us, and has acted on our requests in a timely manner. We recognize that this is not an easy job.

We are Ontario's largest condo corporation and been managed by Dove Square property management. They are excellent company with knowledgeable and caring staff. Their dealing is very honest and transparent. We are extremely satisfied by the services they are providing to our condo corporation.
