Transparent Tendering
We use a combination of a database of local ACMO (Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario) verified contractors and contractors preferred by your condominium. A minimum of three quotations will be presented to the Board for all work.

Training sessions for our Board and Unit Owners to educate them on their condominium or community. Information and training sessions are also made available on our online platform for our customers.
